Our daughter introduced us to Jayne when we moved from North Carolina To Florida. Jayne always arrived on time and came with some suggestions of houses for us to see. We looked at several houses, Jayne pointed out the features that were of interest to us for each house we visited.

I was selling my parents house and live out of state...the team was great!! Most of the contact was through text...put house up for sale in October 2014 and sold in March 2015. The service is outstanding. I closed in May 2016. I am new to the area and I still telephone asking questions. Where do I begin with this fantastic TEAM? I am a recent client that interviewed several agents to list my parents house and settle their estate. I talked with Jayne two years ago while visiting my sister in The Villages and liked her immediately. She was bubbly and friendly, but also thoroughly professional, asking all the right questions and really listening. In January 2017, when I got serious about moving to The Villages, I met with the 24/7Team to discuss my situation -- need to sell my house in Tennessee, my constrained financial situation, lifestyle, concerns, etc. Again, they listened, provided resources, and helped me make a plan. In May, I had a contract for my Tennessee house, and drove to the Villages to put some of my household items in storage, thinking I would start a long, involved multi-month process of finding the perfect house. Excellent customer service!! They were extremely helpful during the entire buying through closing process. They worked to ensure we got the home with all our requirements at a fair price. We can't say enough about all their hard work. They made the buying process easy. They also provide little extra touches that are very thoughtful. We were given personal (business) cards to hand out to our neighbors and friends. They also provide for a small party that we can invite neighbors or new friends to our new home. Those extra touches meant a lot to us and show their commitment to their customers. I would definitely work with this team again!

I was in a fix on account of the circumstances of my retirement in California. I needed to buy my home in The Villages remotely, and the ladies of my 24/7 Team understood my predicament.
